Impressive performance by the pels. I expected us to get murdered.

I figured y'all would play us much closer this time after our last game got out of hand. SA escaped with one here, it seems.

Good game, Pels fans

For someone who hates everything you sure like losing. I guess if we lose with more lottery players it can add to your anger?

Rank the players you would want to have the ball at the end of the game to go for the win/tie for the Pelicans that isn't injured.

I say

1. Davis
2. Gordon
3. Rivers
4. Kill Myself

If the season ended today, where would ours (or the Sixers') pick be?

They played hard, which they should. Could have used some help from our highest pd player.
Bad teams find ways to lose even when they play good. 3 to's late and 3 missed ft's.

The other team would just foul him.

I wouldn't really even want it in Rivers hands, but he has insanely quick first step to get it to the rim.

Tonite roberts with under minutes hi4 a 3 to cut it to one. Then hit a shot and missed theft
Then got ad an open shot from 7 ft.
Then missed a 3

Roberts didnt lose this game for us and I bash roberts a ton

Missed free throws and awful turnovers down the stretch lost this game. Wasn't one play or one player.

I wasn't really implying he lost the game. I just wouldn't draw up plays for him at the end of the game. He had a good game, but I would have never trusted him to finish it.

The only thing I can think is Monty knows we are out of it with the injuries and said might as well put it in his hands.

So weird we pay Gordon a shite ton of money and Davis is the franchise, but we are not exclusively feeding them down the stretch.

Yea yea yea, danman is a big meanie that hates everything

If y'all can't see the advanategs of actually having our draft pick in this really good draft, instead of winning a lot and not having a pick, but still sucking dick and not making the playoffs, I can't help you

At this point in time wanting us to win a lot of games with our entire roster hurt and playoffs highly, highly unlikely is just short-sighted, IMO.

It's not tanking just for a high pick. It's tanking for just having a pick at all.

Whoa the tough guy shtick is in full effect tonite.

And I never once said I dont see an advantage of it.
But celebrating after a tough loss just stupid. You can still see a positive without looking for higj fives that we lost.

And plenty of teams suck with lots lottery picks. Losing alot breeds a losing culture. We have a great player that hasnt been able to change it yet and I dont see a player better than ad that we would get just yet.
Tanking isnt a fix it all solution. Its worked for 2 teams while a bunch of other teams devolped a losing culture and still suck.

So you can continue to be the guy who is oh so smarter than everyone and cheer for losses while ill pull for wins because I want to see a team I support in every way get a positive vibe on the court for once. If we happen to lose I'll take solace but never will I pay my earned money to cheer a loss

I'm not cheering for us to lose. I cheer for an entertaining game to watch. Isn't that what this is, entertainment? If we happen to lose at the end of it, well shite, that works for me.

After Davis and Timmy got into it in the fourth I wanted us to win big time

I just see the advantages of losing. So if we win, I'm happy, if we lose I'm happy.

I'm having my cake and eating it too
