mathematically, that doesn't have anything to do with math. The 4th pick just aint up for lotto

You can only move up into the top 3 slots (some degree of winning, even for top seed), stay the same as lotto seeding (if the winners are all ahead of your seeding), or fall back up to 3 slots (1 for each of winners slotted less favorably).

I believe that 6 is the most likely spot (mathematically) but I'm gonna be optimistic and say the Pels land #3!
