So I'm in the "trade CP3 to New York if we have to trade him" crowd; I'd love to have Randolph, Gallinari, Chandler, etc...

With that being said, all those guys only have 1 year left on their respective contracts according to ESPN's trade machine; what are the odds we lose them all after next year? Would that affect our likelihood to do this trade?

Sources told ESPN.com that teams inquiring about Paul's availability in recent days -- and there have been several after persistent media reports suggesting that Paul will formally request to be traded at a meeting Monday -- were greeted with the same resistance to Paul offers that the Hornets have maintained for months.

"They say they aren't moving him," one rival team executive said of the Hornets.

Well, I like the sound of that.....but I am sure today's meeting will have a solid impact on what happens going forward....

nah. though I'd like Collison, giving up Josh to get him is a bit much. I'd rather see what Teague has.

It's long but he only averages $7.5 million. If Monty felt he were the right fit for our starting SF I'd be down with it, although I think we can get him for expirings. Williams certainly has the potential to be what we need, decent size, athleticism, and perimeter defense, but he would need to improve his 3 point shot even more than he has.

Williams would be phenomenal if he ever figured it out, but I'm not banking on that happening. Maybe he just needs a change of scenery? I know those fans in Atlanta are tough on him. I'm sure he'd welcome a little change.

That's a great deal for the Pacers. Gives them their PG of the future, an expiring in Peja and DWest who'll opt out after the year. They want to shed salary and become players in next year's free agency. This is a great opportunity for them to do that.

If Paul George works out to be a talented player with a higher ceiling and a much smaller contract they most certainly will.

This is the best trade the Hornets can give the Pacers and I still think the Pacers would tell them to F off
