Do you take Zion & RJ/Ja along with the rest of the Knicks deal ?
Or
Take Celtics deal (Tatum, Brown & Smart) and take one of RJ/Ja?

Yes you take two of the top prospects in this draft and run.
Unless Boston offered Tatum and another high draft pick which is not going to happen.

The more I look at the trades with either New York or Boston, I think we let Randle (unless he picks up his option), Frazier, Clark, Diallo, & Smiht walk. Then we resign Payton, and one of Darius Miller or Stanley Johnson. Idk if Morris lasts on this through the weekend. We will have around $35 mil in cap space this summer (someone check me). I don't think that'll be too difficult to do.
If we trade with the Celtics, excluding 3 draft picks, I think our roster will be
Smart/Payton/FJ
Jrue/Moore
Tatum/S. Johnson/Solo
K. Williams
Horford/Jah
If we trade with the Knicks, including Zion & excluding 2 draft picks, we will look like this

I think you take Tatum if he's on the table & the #3 pick. If not, would take Zion before a Jaylen Brown package
