I’m waiting on the updated menu. We have 900 to spend on food/beverages. The drinks are usually insanely expensive, but I’m game for whatever you guys want.

As soon as I get the updated pricing, we can figure out what we want. Grand handled this aspect last season, so I am deferring to him on final authority. Like I said, I don’t care what we get, as long as everyone has a good time.

UPDATE: I’m going to finalize this in the next couple of days. Speak Now or forever hold your peace.

Just sneak in pocket shots if you want liquor and go all in on food/beer. Wish I was local and could make one of these.

go here, go down to the bottom and click on "menu"

LINK

my understanding is that we have $900 bucks to work with. that's including 10% tax and 20% service charge...so basically $700++

suggestions welcome

I think we have closer to 20.
I’m a plus 3 as it is.

Not sure if this going to be enough. I assume most of you aren’t OT ballers.

My +1 is a 10yr old little girl. She isn’t gonna eat much and I can’t eat any of that stuff anyway. I believe one of stiles’ +1s is a little girl too.

In other news, I’m working on a swag bag give away.

So my suggestion:

30 soft drinks 100.00
Double fudge brownies 82.00
24 all beef hotdogs 224.00
Bottomless popcorn 30.00
Red beans and rice 105.00
Jambalaya 96.00
Lays basket x2 72.00

Grand total of 708.00

$36 for a tray of chips?! JFC...

Bottomless popcorn for $30 is a much better value imo.

I’m liking:
- Bottomless Popcorn ($30)
- Jambalaya ($96)
- Chicken Wings-OR-Chicken Tenders ($115)
- Crabmeat Stuffed Jalapeño Poppers ($115)
- Ultimate Hotdog Bar w/Chili ($160)
- Smoked Barbeque Pulled Pork ($130)
- Cookies & Double Fudge Brownies ($90)

$736 total.

Maybe pull off an extra entree/appetizer for an extra dessert to get down to $700...

OR swap the jambalaya for etoufee and get rid of one of the entrees. If each feeds roughly twelve, we only need like four entrees/appetizers to be set.

I’m not saying this is the best combo of items, I just think for $700 we can do better than hot dogs, brownies, chips, and red beans/jamba.

I am not picky at all so I am fine with what ever. Although the Crabmeat Stuffed Jalapeño Poppers sound good.
