“I got traded, that was good”

All these players that happy to be next to Zion or was their experience with the Lake Show just that shitty?
I figured Hart would be good with a trade because he's the "put me where you want me" kind of guy.
I'm a little more surprised by how positive Ingram and Ball are about it.

I think most of the Lakers hated Lebron and wanted to leave desperately

Just be happy we have his bird rights

I am sure having leGM make it known you're expendible, going anywhere else is a welcome change

Ball I'm a little bit surprised how well they are taking it, but Ingram was rumored to be pretty frustrated.
I'm not sure whether Griffin really coveted Kuzma or not, or he just knew the emotional attachment Jeanie Buss had with him so he leveraged it, but either way I think it's a good thing Kuzma didn't get traded here because he would be a problem because he is so vain and entitled about being in LA.

these guys grew up idolizing Lebron, wearing his shoes, imagining themselves as him. Then he gets there and immediately tries to get rid of them. And it turns out he’s a pompous dickhead who cannot be trusted
I’d be a little shook as well

The last thing this team would need is someone like kuzma who loves LA to be in zions ear

So do I.

Probably just happy for the uncertainty to be done with. Kuzma probably thinks it's nice to be on a "super team" but it won't be when he realizes he's the only decent tradeable asset they have for the next half decade so he'll constantly be in trade rumors.

Not to mention the fact that he will be playing darned near 48 minutes every game.

It’s hilarious to me that everyone seems to be running from the Lakers as fast as they can yet the former face of our franchise desperately wanted to run towards the fire.

AD isn’t the sharpest knife in the drawer.

This should not have been a shock to them. They witnessed Cleveland / Miami / Cleveland just like the rest of the country.
Lebron is all about Lebron and nothing more. Everything and everyone else is just stepping stones so he can reach what he wants, for himself.

I love the fact that Zion is going to be growing with 3 guys who played with the Lakers and didn't seem to like it.

It only seems to have gotten really bad the last couple of years to me.
I don't recall him being like that in Miami and his first couple years back in CLE

Not only that, but at this point Lebron has shown that he and his agent are running the whole team. Imagine playing for a team where the entire typical power struggle is fractured. Where you are not sure if you are going to get benched because one of your teammates doesn't care for the way you are playing.

The whole Cleveland / Miami/ Cleveland "Big Decision" Espn reveal was a "look at me " douchebag move IMO. Juts go chase a ring if that's what you want, but no matter how good he is, He's not bigger than the NBA and that's how he came across and continues to come across.
But that's just me. I'm sure there are others that like that attitude.
