New Orleans is bringing back guard DeAndre Liggins on a two-year deal, league sources tell ESPN. His time on a 10-day contract with Pels recently ended. Liggins has shown himself to be a strong perimeter defender.

3 threads created about the same time on a Sunday

He looked pretty good. Reminded me of Alonzo Gee in that he was a pestering defender that fouled a bit too much, but unlike Gee he knocked down some timely 3s for us. Good signing.

What the hell took so long? We probably could’ve stole one last night if we had him guarding Butler/Wiggins

Awesome. I assume it's a team option for year 2 similar to Crawford. If he performs well the rest of the year you have cheap depth for next season.

This also shouldn't impact any potential deals Dell wants to pull off. If he pulls a two for one player trade they can just let Okafor go.
