It will be very interesting to see how these guys feel once the games start.
I imagine a lot of guys share his sentiment, but once games start and you're back to being competitive and trying to win and advance, your mindset will probably change.
It's totally reasonable for a lot of players' minds to be focused on a lot more shite than they would be normally focused on given this situation. Once competition actually starts, I'd bet a lot (not all) of those guys will narrow their focus.

Not one single person involved in the NBA EVER thought there would come a scenario in which you would be secluded from the rest of society, including your family, for a minimum of a month and a half and up to a quarter of a year. This is unprecedented.
