Jax put a cop in the hospital

This is pretty strong wording. We don't know the extent of the cops injury. Could have been a cut from falling that needed a stitch. Could have just went to the hospital to check for concussion. Could have made an injury up so that charges would heavier against jax.
We literally have zero information and it's crazy. You'd think there would be security footage. Ring doorbell. Something.
Just have to wait for the info.

We know:

- A cop went to the hospital
- A major brawl ensued
- A cop had to call in a plea for help because of the brawl.
- Hayes was tased

It really only matters in terms of how bad it could get given the extent of the injuries tbh, he assaulted one or more officers. There is a scenario where he comes out somewhat cleaner than the evidence looks so far, but also quite a lot of room for him to come out even worse.

Point is that there seems to be a lot of people trying to talk themselves into the former and trying to rationalize away the latter because of Pels reasons. I'd slow down on that.

I’m more just rationalizing because of other occurrences with police and players in the league. Hell even the Toronto GM was seen as a bad guy because cops fabricated a story until the cop got exposed for being full of shite.

Cops got called because a neighbor heard a girl screaming yet we never heard anything about this girl after this all happened.

I'm very much aware of how cops fabricate bullshite and exaggerate.

It could be that to an extent, no reason to deny that possibility, but it could be a lot worse than we initially think as well.

That's the thing: the police eventually got into the home. If the GF had a bruise or scratches or any injury, then Jaxson would have been also booked with a domestic violence charge. He wasn't.

That's one more reason that I think that this incident wasn't what we thought at first.

He and the girlfriend were, according to cops, "uncooperative"

Neither would rat on the other

What could "Don't turn him over" mean?

LeBron was in the middle of railing AD and didn't want anything to interrupt it.

Yeah he just got released couple hours ago. The thing is they don’t say anything about the domestic incident

quote:

7:12 PM PT -- Hayes posted $25,000 bail ... and has been released from custody.

4:46 PM PT -- We're told Hayes has been booked for battery on a law enforcement officer -- a felony. His bail has been set at $25k.

Most frustrating part of this story is that we are forced to remember that Hayes was the #8 pick.

That wouldn't matter if there were physical evidence of abuse. Again, there was likely no obvious evidence of a fight, or he would have been booked with that charge too.

The neighbors heard "scary screaming" from a woman. Not fighting or arguing, one person freaking out. That and "Don't turn him over" fits with an overdose event you've speculated about more than a fight.
