Is Tonight a Must Lose Game for Portland at Utah For Pelicans?

Portland plays at Utah. Must be a lose game for pelicans to claw back to a fighting change against MEM POR and SAS.

No he’s right, it’s not that we are too many games away it’s that we are too many teams away. Someone else ahead of us will go on a run as well no doubt. Don’t get your hopes up and trust me I’m an optimist. This season we get to see wat we got tho.

"must lose" is a bit excessive, but it's a game portland should absolutely lose. utah is -430 and favored by 9.5 currently. cant have portland winning very many games the rest of the way that they should lose
also could definitely use a philly win (favored by 5.5 at home) over memphis tonight. houston (-2.5) over suns and heat (+1.5) over kings would help a bit too..but not as important as utah and philly winning

MEMPHIS is above .500 and we’re 10 games below. We need Memphis to start dropping games before it gets too late

I’m not even looking at Memphis when I look at standings. I know they’ll tank at some point.
Portland seems like they are on a mission right. Dame is playing like the MVP the last 7 games.
