I think the reason that is, it because when AD is in, he's the focal point of the offense because he knows he is the alpha dog. When he's out, other guys know they have to step up, i.e Jrue, Moore, & Miller.
those 3 don't have the aggressive mentality when AD is in the game. I'd love to see more games where AD scores 13 pts, grabs 14 rbs, and a few blocks but Jrue goes for 40 and Moore tosses in 25. But those guys need to carry over that aggressive mentality every night, instead of trying to be facilitators
