Important question about Gentry

What do y'all realistically think it will take for Griff to fire Gentry? Imo we shoulda never hired him and kept Monty, but at this point I've gotten tired of every game bein the same with Gentry. He's good at pace and that's it! He sucks at rotations, out of timeout playcalling, in game coaching, and just about everything else. When will Griff realize he needs to be gone??!!!!

If they want this team to develop into a contender in the next few years, then keeping on Gentry as head coach does nothing but waste time. He can’t create leaders or develop them.
He is such a flawed coach he will set them back. Really, he needs to be gone ASAP, but of course the Pelicans will waste a year on him.
