If AD is traded, how does Zion pair up with Randle long term?

Neither is Jokic, obviously, but they do both seem like competent passers. I feel like Zion will be able to defend most frontcourt and slower wing players. We could throw Randle on the less offensively-gifted frontcourt player and I think we'd be alright. Rebounding will be an issue against legit 6'10+ guys, though Zion can jump out of the building.
I'm worried about the spacing, though. Randle improved from 3, but the midrange game is still big in terms of spacing and I'm not excited about either guy right now. Would love to still have Niko to join the club and still have the legit 3 man frontcourt that compliments each other well. I'm excited about the future for the first time in a year, but I'd be more excited if we were pairing up those 3 bigs + some legit wings and guard depth that we get back in the AD trade.
Both guys can get to the basket, and both fit in well with Gentry's fast paced system.
So, if AD is traded, do you try to keep Randle? The amount that we can offer him is capped with Early Bird rights, correct? I believe that would start him off at $15m. Seems reasonable, but I'd almost prefer Niko at ~$19m as I think that he'd be a better fit.

I'd rather a better shooter. Randle is pretty similar stylistically to Zion

Not good at all...
We need to surround Jrue and Zion with shooters and a facilitator..
Think, Blake Griffin

Niko would have been the ideal pair with Zion. We need a shooter to stretch the floor.
