If The 76ers were to offer Ben Simmons and multiple firsts for Bledsoe, adams and Kira would you take it?

I know Fred is great. This would be completely magical if he could make Ben a good shot

I’d do a 3 way of Simmons for McCollum. The problem is CJ for Simmons makes as much sense, no need to include us unless Philly wanted Lonzo instead.

Great defender, horrible fit unfortunately. Also, Klutch Sports.

Wasn’t Lonzo in the same neighborhood as Simmons not that long ago before Fred.

Definitely a roll of the dice and the fit wouldn’t be great. But maybe he can get his % to at least below average to average. He can pass and was runner up DPoY plus in our young guys age range.

Lonzo wasn't on that contract and lonzo shot better from the free throw line.

Did you just not watch the playoffs with simmons?

He doesn't do shite on offense

Huge difference

Lonzo couldn’t shoot

Ben refuses to shoot

Simmons needs to go to a rebuilding team, away from the pressure, and learn to play basketball all over again.

We need to surround Zion with shooters, and Simmons is the exact opposite of what we need.

No doubt it’s a mental thing. Maybe it would help to go to a smaller market where the pressure isn’t nearly as great.

Fultz was pretty broken there and look at his improvement once he left.

Gracious no. Ben Simmons should be nothing more than a warning to the pelicans of what happens when you choose the wrong “super star.”

No on Simmons. Zion is what Simmons is, in essence. Modern NBA dictates that basically 1 player creates gravity and the ball then gets passed or kicked until a open shot is found or the D scrambles enough and a drive opening comes available.

Simmons can create gravity but Embiid gets in the way of a clear lane for Ben and if Joel is in the paint, the offense is short 1 leas shooter and/or driver.

Simmons has to be traded. He needs time, sans pressure, to work on his shot and free throws. He can still develop a jumper, but its mental at this point. Needs to go sit on shrink's sofa like Lebron did after losing to Dallas.

Afraid to take a shot from the foul line when nobody is within 10 feet
Barely walks up the court with no push or energy
The guy is a waste and another poster child for what is wrong with the nba and pro sports.
Got $$$ and does not give a freak

Simmons needs to get a sports therapist, a personal therapist, dump his father/brother as trainers, realize shooting left handed when you are right handed is fricking stupid and hasn’t worked, and learn to give a frick.

None of which I think he will do.

He’s a guy you could have potentially seen a lot of teams take a flyer on if not for that contract, but as is I’m not sure who ultimately takes on that project.

Ben Simmons for Kemba Walker makes more sense for Philly.
