No, because giving AD what he wants in exchange for Zion is probably the best possible revenge as of now.

If the Lakers get #1, perfect. We get Zion. Lakers will be shite in a couple years when Lebron is no longer a top 10 player. LA getting #1 is one of the best scenarios that can happen for us.
Worst case scenario for us would be the draft playing out with some combination out of Cleveland, Chicago, Atlanta, Phoenix in the top 3.
