Busy day for @Saints’ GM Mickey Loomis. Not only did he help finalize Cam Jordan’s contract extension, but he also - as the head of basketball operations for the New Orleans Pelicans - is meeting with projected No. 1 overall pick Zion Williamson.

He's also reporting the Pelicans are in advanced talks to trade Chris Paul. No word on how this will affect David West's long term future with the team.

Projected No. 1 pick Zion Williamson is spending the bulk of the day in New Orleans, taking a physical, meeting with Gayle Benson, GM David Griffin and HC Alvin Gentry and having lunch with team officials.

I’m shocked he didn’t say David Stern or George Shinn.
