Just realized I haven't gotten an email or anything about refunds/credits for the remainder of the season. Has anyone else gotten anything? Or do I have to pester my shitty rep to get something done?

I got an email from the Pelicans on May 4 offering credit/refunds and a follow up from my rep a week later.

I assume email is the only way to get a hold of reps? I've never gotten a response from mine, so I always try to call to get a hold of them

Same because I haven’t heard or gotten anything prior.

ETA i’m just looking for this season’s remaining games refund. Next season is already paid in full, waiting to see what happens as far as announcements with fans in the stands before moving on from those tickets. I really like my seats.
