Remember the beginning of the season? We just added a new ingredient. We are going to have growing pains. Relax and enjoy how far we’ve come in just one season. We are far from out of the playoff hunt.

Growing pains? We had a player score 17 straight points and get benched and the team played like dog shite after

Zion’s 17 straight points was the hypest I’ve been in a game since Evil Jrue took over in the Blazers series

He was completely gassed. We aren’t playing for one win against the spurs. We are playing for a championship core.

If you have EVER watched the NBA, you realize that building a team for the long haul is a process.

Not to fans that realize this is a marathon and not a sprint. I am very pleased by what I saw. Sure, I wanted a win, but I want this team to win a championship in the next 3-4 years more than I want to see my gassed rookie play a few more minutes against the fricking spurs.

Then call a timeout and put him back in. There were three minutes left in the game.

I’m just saying the “growing pains” doesn’t work when it was only starters for the end of the game and nothing meshed or looked well offensively or defensively

Take a few deep breaths, and relax. Relax.....

This isn’t football. This isn’t a sixteen game season. It’s a marathon, not a sprint. Hell, we have not even reached the all star break yet. I understand the staff wanting the entire team to be healthy for the rest of the season, and not wanting to sacrifice that for one win.

Yes, this loss was disappointing. But there are a lot of games left to play. This team was playing some good basketball before tonight. Give them time to develop a chemistry as Zion gets in playing shape, and they will be a team that will be pretty good come playoff time.
