As I mentioned a few days ago, nothing has changed on the Davis front.

It was made CLEAR of the intentions of his camp. Klutch leaks everything for stupid leverage, and it’s quite annoying.

From what I was told very recently, Davis wants NOTHING to do with this organization. He is OVER all of it. He can give two shites about Griff and the training staff. He is alllll about rebranding to be the next Lebron James. NOLA is holding him back. I honestly think having a Bradley Beal type player wouldn’t even increase his chances by 1%.

Of course he is being respectful....since he’s still under contract.

Minutes after the meeting, Griffin let it be known that bidding season has begun.

The question is if we see a trade before the draft or after. Idt we go into season with Davis on the team.
Common sense tells us before the draft, but Griffin will try to get the WHOLE package for Davis and will hold out until.

The ONLY teams in play are the big market teams as we have heard. Celtics, Nets, knicks, Lakers, clippers

It made me sick when I heard this. Griffin is also ready to move on. He wants a drama free club before Zion arrives.

The other rumor I heard was that Kyrie is waiting to see the Davis front. I think it’s mkre likely to see a Davis/Kyrie combo, than Kyrie/KD.

That last part is the most important. If Kyrie follows AD then all teams nvolved have no reason to hold back anything.

Nets would have no use for D'Lo if Kyrie came.

Thanks for the info, but this is all a bunch of general information that we already know, with absolutely nothing specific that we don't.

I seriously doubt you have any inside information of any kind. No offense.

I hope you do though, and you provide quality content to this board.

Not true at all.
Nets would honestly prefer a Kyrie/Russ backcourt than Davis/Russ.

Doesn’t make much sense to us, but that is fact. Would be a pretty deadly backcourt, especially if they keep all of their core pieces

Thanks for the info, sounds like its going to be the Celtics and Knicks stacking packages against each other if it also wins Kyrie. Which is great for us.

The Lakers and Clippers are in the mix for Kyrie too. Again, if Kyrie/AD becomes a de facto package deal then the stakes become higher and so should the offers.

I doubt that matter as Davis will be traded before free agency. I highly doubt anyone outside of Irving and his inner circle knows where he’s going to land. Things like that rarely slips.

What trades could realistically be done before the draft? Or is it a handshake deal until July 1 or whatever the day is that the league rolls over?

Appreciate the info.

What changed from when you previously noted you thought the best odds were AD opting in for 1 more season?

Most likely will be agreed to and then actually executed after the league year starts.

Thanks for the motivation.
Sports talk is 95% false, no matter who your source is.. it’s called chatter for a reason.

Just because you hear something doesn’t make it true.. I understand that.

But what I have said in my few threads are very much from someone reliable. Does he know the GM or someone inside that arena? No... is he Woj? Nah.. is he a normal person who has connections with Pelicans associates more than compared to the average Pelicans fan? Yes.

Is everything he says true? More than likely.
Will everything happen? Probably not.
Could it be gibberish? Possibly, but I trust what he says, and it’s fun to talk about.

With that being said, a lot of what I said is general knowledge, but if you read between the lines it’s really not.

Whether you believe it or not, enjoy the discussion and possible “inside” info at your pleasure.. because closer to draft night I’ll have much more to talk about.

Klutch does leak everything and blame others for it. I can’t wait to be done with this. I just want closure as soon as possible. What’s the percentage of the team’s chances to get AD? Thanks CajunMD for the info by the way.

Also, do you have any info about positions/players we’re interested in for the draft?

He's not Crewz. Crewz gives actual insider information in a specific way.

I dont Hate him moving on. It’s a business whatever. I hate Him trying to do it mid season and dictate his landing spot.

At some point the damage was done.

Move on, rebuild. Make a young core we can keep under contract for a while and see what we can do.

Getting the #1 makes this pretty good.

I like Davis, but infeel like Zion could become the guy who takes over games in a way Davis couldn’t.
