I guess he needed a ride and just followed the rest of the guys.

Free agent guard Frank Jackson has agreed to a deal with the Oklahoma City Thunder, source tells ESPN.

Good Luck Frank, if you're lucky you'll become the next E'Tuwan Moore.

Unfortunate for the Chinese league.

They're missing out on a rotation player.

Is OKC playing 4D chess?

The Thunder have the lowest payroll in the NBA and are technically under the salary cap. However, the 2 trade exceptions that total $47M have them over the cap.

They can acquire a player in a trade or claim one off waivers.

Will have a year to use

Even though they're "over the cap" they still have to get to the salary floor, right? Or did they find a loop hole for ultra low payroll in a pandemic season?

I doubt they care about the floor.
They can just write checks to the players they already have right?

Right, but I'm wondering if they found a loop hole to be under the floor. Probably not, but usually teams that have to get to the floor aren't "over the cap".

How many players does okc have? No way they go in with Hill and Ariza right? Horford to be bought out at some pt kind of like Iggy last year?

He was traded to OKC in the deal that sent James Johnson to Dallas and Delon Wright to the Pistons. Did they waive him and I didn’t see it?
