excellent news.
andrew is a good dude who knows his basketball. I'm assuming he will be the pels beat writer at ESPN now (thanks Zion!)

Lopez was one of the best we had. Since he will be NOLA based I assume he will be covering Zion/The Pels for ESPN.

This is well deserved. After it became known that he was losing his job because of the newspaper merger all he did was crank out more great coverage of the Pels than anyone else.
The Griffin honeymoon will end eventually, but for now I'm enjoying even these little things like being on friendly terms with the media.
