That’s what should be done. I can’t believe Gentry was hired in the first place. Even more unbelievable is that he’s still the coach.

We really shouldn't jump to drastic conclusions about the head coach after one game. The smart people always tell you it's not smart to do that. But shite. I don't see any way this team wins anything of significance with Gentry as coach. I never have. One awful game isn't going to move a needle in any direction but I bet how this team responds to it will

I’ve been advocating for Gentry to be fired since the day he was hired. And I’m not even a Pelicans fan. I just know he sucks as a coach and he, along with Demps, was killing your franchise.

Look if we don’t make the playoffs THIS year that’s cool. A lottery pick and a new coach will come in handy long term. But I’m already at my wits end supporting this franchise. If we don’t fire Gentry this offseason then a lot of fans are going to be hanging up next season.
