The Pelicans employ Joel, Wesley and Jen not the network. It probably would not be a big deal when it comes to local sports but still not really ideal. We will have Joel until he decides to retire which is hopefully not for a while.

Jen is a Fox employee, FYI. I highly doubt Fox would let her freelance with ESPN.
