Dude is saying the deal would be Carmelo and Brandon Knight for Solomon Hill.
Hes actually a pretty good follow which is why Im posting this. Not sure if Crewz mentioned anything regarding this or not.

Also, I guess it could simply be Dell adding the larger salary in Knight to possibly make a larger deal later.

I can see some reasoning behind it to try and turn it into something else down the line, but it would be crushing to have Melo on this team if he doesn't turn it into something else later on down the road.

Knight has an another year on his contract and its more than Solo's.
No way Dell does this for both Knight and Melo unless the Pels get a 1st back.

That trade cannot even happen until Dec 15. Gonna call BS. Solo did light up the Rockets that one time 2 years ago though, but not a thing.

Melo is on a 1 year minimum, if he's a problem he can be cut. If there was something to this it was about money. Brandon Knight is the $15 million version of Solomon Hill, but that extra $2-$3 million could be useful trading for a Barnes or Porter.
