Relax. It took a white hot performance to beat us. If he would've gotten his average of 27, the Suns would have lost by 27.

The West is wide open and will change leaders mutiple times. We are in this. Have a cold one and some big picture perspective.

We’ve lost 3 in a row and big holes in our game are becoming very apparent. Bucks next.

Yes we’re far better off… but we damn well should be. The manner of our losses is hard to swallow. Tonight was atrocious

I’m not really that concerned with the loss. I’m way more concerned about us finding a big Willie Green trusts to close games. Jonas ain’t it and as good as Larry is, it doesn’t look like he’s the guy that needs to close either

... we lost.

This is the kind of game that energizes the Suns and completely deflates the Pels

We were leading by 20+. Then Booker got hot as the Sun. Can't do anything about that, no matter if Mutumbo and Gary Payton sr were guarding him.

We would've won by 20+ otherwise and smiling at the standings. shite happens. We will be smiling again.

Don’t forget in all this that we’re missing our second best player

Perspective is important. Booker is a great player, but going for 50+ is definitely extraordinary, and without it we probably win going away.

I agree with the conclusion to focus on the big picture. While I also engage in mental gymnastics like this, the other side is that it took OT to beat the Booker-less Suns in New Orleans. Booker playing could have flipped that game. Or BI could have made either game a blowout regardless of Booker.

Both teams played hard in 4 games - but its weird the NBA had all 4 games being played before January, and 3 were in a 2 week stretch.

The Suns are going to look completely different with Cam Johnson back, and with a potential Jae Crowder trade in the works.

The Pelicans are going to look different with Herb and Ingram fully integrated into the lineup.

As a Suns fan, I respect the Pelicans, and think they will be the hardest matchup in April.

He had more free throws (15) than the Pels did as a team (13)! Poor officiating!?!?
