Maybe the offer still stands .. 10 million for the name. Throw in Gentry too

Besides too much basketball history in Utah now.

Also, it doesn’t really matter, Pels have way more history in NOLA

"Pels" never passed it up. Broke-arse midget George Shinn did.

Deal was worked out by Jack Capella when he was with the Hornets; Shinn couldn't/wouldn't come up with the dough to make it happen.

Frick Shinn. It wasn't even him who moved the team to New Orleans; that was really his co-owner at the time Ray Wooldridge.

Jazz name fits better in NoLa but I really love our pels colors and logos.
