Ballys app sucks

Clearly this is a known topic on board. Finally got home from work and ready to watch basketball. Turned it on the app with 10 mins left in 3rd and it freezes every 10 seconds. Have to reset roku then same shite Happens. Can’t believe they are charging $20/ month for this experience. Anyone else having issues

I haven't had issues on Google tv, fire stick, fire tv, or iphone.
Try deleting the app and reinstalling.

I couldn't get the app to work on amazon fire tv the last two games. It's been a variety of bugs. Tried all kinds of stuff last game, including reinstalling and calling Bally but they never gave me a call back. The error tonight was I opened the game and then it was just a black screen with a play button, game never loaded. Was able to watch on my laptop via their website, but yeah it's ridiculous.

For some reason my roku was doing this as well last wk. Tried a different roku and it is working again. Sent the other roku back and got a new one.
