With what money? I mean unless you're referring to the big 3 as holiday, Lebron, ad. Than I guess I can see that.
It would still require a team like Phoenix or LA Lakers to take boogie and send picks or players to cleveland for us though.

It’s basically what the heat did with the Cavs when Lebron took his talents to south beach. You trade away your terrible assets like Solomon Hill, AA, Moore, maybe Niko, and a 1st rounder to get Bron. You then use the cap hold and go over the cap to sign boogie. Finally you get Rondo to sign with the exceptions. Realistically if Lebron comes to the pels you can have a starting 5 of:
Rondo
Jrue
Bron
Ad
Boogie
Darius off the bench and maybe Niko.
Rondo
Jrue
Bron
Ad
Boogie

Unless it is a three-team trade - why in the world Cavs are gonna take so much bad salary?
Cavs may be willing to help with this trade but will be looking for something for it.
Hill and Ajinca alone are worth 1.5 first rounders to dump (say first and two seconds at least)

Also this year everyone will be looking to dump salary. And there will be only ~teams with cap space.
Pels traded ~$24m guaranteed salary of Asik for a 22nd pick and real contributor.
I can see $15m players who will cost late first.
