We all know that a series is a different animal.
Who can the Pels beat in a playoff series?

Out of current playoff teams

Denver (they've caught fits with us)
Memphis

Maybe Houston

Denver is the most beatable team we could conceivably play, but even that would be a likely loss. Clips and Lakers would likely wash us.

Better question is who on the current team is a playoff caliber player that won’t get so exposed they can’t play much.

We kinda saw two years ago how etwaun wasnt really playoff material despite having a really good regular season.

I think our playoff roster would be

Ball
Jrue
Ingram
Zion
Favors
Hart
Redick
Melli

Moore may get some minutes, but teams like to try to keep 8-9 man rotations at most

Of the teams that are in the playoffs now...

Memphis
Utah
Dallas

Houston we would give hell.

I'd like to say OKC but we are 0-4 against them, so in fairness to them, you cant say we would win that series.

I think that the Clippers are our toughest matchup, because we have to guard both Kawhi and PG, and that's just really tough with the guys that we have. I just don't see us winning a series against the Clippers.

The Lakers would be the next toughest on paper for us, but the emotion in that series means that we could have a small chance.

Houston is also tough for us, but definitely not impossible.

The Jazz, Nuggets, Mavs, and Thunder? I think we match up well with them and would be 50-50 to win the series.

I don’t think we make the playoffs. I can see us getting to the 9 spot and just missing out. Not sure we can catch Memphis to overtake the 8 spot they’ve been hot lately and we are behind them 5 games

Houston wouldn’t be able to defend us on the inside. We would have a huge advantage against Houston considering we have great perimeter D and They have no bigs.

I also don’t think Houston would be that tough. Start Zion at the 5, Ingram4, Hart3 and Jrue/Ball. Force feed the ball inside to Zion and let him rip off heads and shite down necks.

Lakers are one injury to AD or LeBron to being absolutely screwed. I don’t think they have the depth to make it all the way.

I would much rather get them in a potential 1 v 8 than the Clippers

Clippers are the only team I’m convinced we couldn’t go past 5 with, if we even made it there. Lakers, i could see us taking them to 6 just based on emotions and energy. Every other team in the west, i think we’d have a shot at taking down.

Side note, Zion would abuse AD in the paint worse than Mike Vick at a dog pageant
