Send them my way por favor.

I’ve been into older Isbel and American aquarium lately and want to dig into some others. Doesn’t haven’t to be newly released.

You should check out Ruston Kelly for sure. And if you're into TT and AA, Lucero should be on your radar as well.

Early Ry Cooder, his first 3-4 albums. Dude was doing Americana 50 years ago.

I’ve definitely heard the name before. Checking his catalog out right now. I’m liking it so far. Appreciate it

Byrds Sweetheart of the Rodeo is where Americana began.

Early REM such as Murmur, Reckoning and Fables of the Reconstruction were directly informed by Graham Parsons (Byrds).

Jason & the Scorchers and Green on Red from the 80s.

Rank & File and True Believers were 2 bands Alejandro Escovedo was in before his solo career.

Uncle Tupelo which spun off into Wilco and Son Volt.

The Gourds

Slick 57
Old 97s
Slobberbone
Centromatic but they lean rock.

Robert Earl Keen
Guy Clarke
Townes van Zandt
Billie Joe Shaver
Terry Allen

Drive by Truckers
Dexateens

Chris Knight
James McMurtry
Dave Alvin

Silver Jews and Purple Mountain

Sturgill Simpson

Third rec for McMurtry.

Also highly recommend Red Shahan and American Aquarium.
