Yellowstone is Nip/Tuck disguised as a Western (Possible Spoilers)

I just started watching it on Peacock today and the amount of unbelievable crap that happens reminds me of Nip/Tuck. I am just constantly rolling my eyes at the probability of so much bad shite happening to a group of people.
The wildlife agent just had a fence post go through her. I mean seriously?

Possible spoiler? You weren’t sure if that was a spoiler or not?

Yep and there’s no way anyone / any family would get away all of the shite they get away with.
But it’s a hell of a show though!

Then don't next time because you missed the point of my thread.
The point I was making is the absurdity of everything that happens. By like season 3 Nip/Tuck was just a completely absurd situation after another. Yellowstone said we aren't waiting that long and every episode so far is just insanity.
I didn't say I won't watch it and didn't enjoy it but I think they could dial some of it back and still be a good show. In fact, I think some subtlety would actually make it better.

Look. You've got to at least try to use correct grammar and punctuation. That shite makes almost zero sense. It's like trying to crack the Enigma code figuring out what you're saying here.

What is peacock? and does it have the first two seasons? I want to watch the dam show, and watched the first two episodes and then the first season was removed from the Paramount app and i cant find them anywhere

I just look at Yellowstone as a Western SOA.
And honestly, I don’t know of many shows centered around one general town or area where you don’t have to suspend belief about crime rates or the like.

Personally I was hoping for an ultra realistic season where the characters all get up at dawn, ranch all day, eat dinner and then go to sleep. A full season of that is sure to drive ratings up. Who wants something to happen every show? It’s exhausting. Bring me normal life, that’s what I watch TV for.

Wrong show to compare it to. It's Sons of Anarchy with horses and pickups instead of motorcycles. The family has their political ties, and runs their area. People get shot or maimed every week, with killings occurring pretty regularly. Both shows also feature a strong, full figured woman. One got raped, and the other had the sh*t beat out of her.

This is when I turned it off. Agree. Too much unbelievable stuff happens to one family.

Yes.
I gave it a chance when they were replaying Season 2 a while back.
Caught an episode and part of another. It included that with the grizzly attack and 2 Asian tourists scaling a steep enough cliff to cause their death when they fell.
Left it on the channel for a few minutes this last episode, and got to see 3 badasses handle a biker gang, even one biker with a gun.
I've seen Sci-Fi flicks that have less suspension of reality. Based on what I've seen in the little bit I've bothered to watch, the only way to end this series would be for the Dutton family to single-handedly foil the eruption of Yellowstone.

Peacock is a new streaming service. They do have the first two seasons but only S1E1 is free. After that, you have to pay. There is a free trial period, though.

Thanks, a quick skim through the website and it looks more appetizing to my likes than hulu is

Sadly, I wouldn't put it past the writers.

You must get confused by the story when Clark Kent pulls off his glasses.
