What do you attribute to the longevity of Dancing with the stars?

Dancing with the stars debuted in June of 2005 and is entering its 25th season. Is there a sign of faltering viewership, or does it continue to dominate for another 10 years?

Old grandmas.
My grandma watches every single fricking episode. As do most of her friends.

Old people. I live in a retirement area outside of Austin and the old people talk about it all the time.

Cheap to produce, good music, hot women in skimpy dresses, diverse set of celebrities with decent fan bases.
I'm going to guess the spring season usually does better, due to the football player drawing in his team's fans.
