Favorite part of the episode. The trap door, especially the initial malfunction, and Blake’s hatred of the “silliness”.

People that can’t see past the black/white shite are missing a fantastic show.

I guess we can assume Looking Glass will help free Blake. The missing mask on the fifth Kavalry guy means he’s undercover. I hope we get a scene of how he survived the ambush.

I casually watched the movie one time so my knowledge of the watchmen universe starts and ends there
I don't recall Rorschach being tied to any racist activity. Why is the Kavalry using the rorschach masks as their mask? What's the tie in?

Y’know the old myth about elephants having great memories? I’m guessing we are supposed to understand the elephant’s bio-function is conducive to flowing stored memories into a person.

I wasn’t aware of it, but somebody said that the newspaper he sent his journal to after he figured out Veidt’s plan to was pretty racist alt-right sort of publication. That’s all I got.
I will say that Moore has said “if you were rooting for Rorschach, you’re wrong.” Never got that he was racist from the books though.

Groups will latch onto anything to legitimize themselves. The Klan took the church’s cross and robes. Senator Joe has a thing for the Watchmen. Would make sense for him and his cronies to latch onto Rorschach.

Elephants have massive brains. Biggest of any land animal. If you’re storing memories I’d guess you’d want a large storage drive like that.
And yeah, “an elephant never forgets” is based on their long memories.

This series just keeps getting better and better. Hard to believe there are only 2 episodes left. I definitely feel they are going to leave me wanting more.
As for the statements this show is making about race relations in our culture, this should prove something to creators. If you want to make a statement about society, culture, sexuality, gender, politics, etc., then make something great and people will hear your message because it’s too good to turn off. Stop making shite and then claim people don’t like it because of your message. Make great art and the rest will take care of itself.
