Watching Meet The Parents and Greg is a good man

I enjoy watching this whenever it’s on tv. Every time I see this movie I just can’t imagine going through what Gay Lord Focker had to go through that weekend. After he spiked the volleyball to the bride’s face and everybody stared at him saying dammit Focker, I would have said frick all of yall and got the hell out of there.

Pam really fricked Gaylord up as soon as they got to their house. No smoking, not living together, and gift sucks. As fine as she is, she doesn't deserve Greg R.N.

She has no clue about anything or just doesn't give a crap about Greg.
It's his first time in his GF's parents house and she lets him sleep in so he comes down in his PJs while everyone else is dressed and ready to leave to get fitted for the wedding attire?
And her solution to Greg having no clothes is telling him to go into her brother's room that he's never met and steal his underwear?
And she knows they're going to a Pool party BBQ and doesn't give Greg any swimtrunks from her Dad or Denny before they leave so he has to wear the Speedos of an ex-boyfriend?
And then she stands by and lets Greg leave and she says nothing?
She brings nothing to the table until the very end with one phone call oh, I miss you. Jack does more for Greg than she does. She's a totally absent girlfriend.

Don’t forget she never told Greg about being engaged to Kevin until her dad told him. Spending the weekend with her after that would be a big NO for me.

This is a charicaturized version of my and my GFs family’s. They’re much more quiet and slightly serious and all doctors and nurses. I am definitely an outsider. My family is much more fun and silly and in general ridiculous but openly loving and sweet. Where as I had to put in a lot of work to get them to like me my entire family was onboard with my GF before they ever met her 
my mom was sending her holiday cards, cash, and candy as soon as she learned of her existence. It was very funny showing her those movies for the first time.
