Was the entire series a 3-eyed raven plot?

When Bran said, "why do you think I have traveled all of this way", did anyone else think that was the point of the entire series? It was a plot put in motion by the 3-eyed raven to have mortal men kill the night king and then appoint him as king to rule?

GRRM clearly set this up for the Night King to be the ultimate enemy in my opinion. Unfortunately he’s apparently a lazy bitch and let the show get out ahead of his books. At that point I think he said frick it, I’m sending them down another path.

I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if he said frick it again and wrote a completely different ending, if he ever finishes it.

That is what I was wondering. I wonder if the books will have a completely different ending

With as popular as the series is now, if the two books ever do come out it’d be hard to read it without having much of it spoiled.
