It was a bit underwhelming this week. The Negan and Gabriel character stuff was pretty good, but the Rick and Daryl conflict was just more of the same manufactured stuff we've been seeing for awhile now.

this week? the whole season so far could've been one ep. I did like the Neagan/Priest interaction.

Daryl shouldn’t be upset at the loss of his explosives. They weren’t strong enough to blow down any walls or gates anyway. The weak shite didn’t even destroy the truck.

She did get a mention though. When Rick and Daryl were questioning that Savoir guy about who survived the big Kingdom/Savoior shootout, the guy mentioned the "Rambo chick with the short hair" or something along those lines. Daryl gave a little look of relief.

Yeah it surprised me when the door opened and he was so sick. I'm guessing something with the guts. I guess maybe it could be a bit but that would play out kind of anti climatically.

What if Gabriel is faking it...we never saw him get bit or scratched..he's proving to be more and more cunning...could be an act?

Nah, I think he's faking it to try and pull something over on Eugene and Negan.
It will be stupid and ill thought out most likely but he's up to something.
I think he feels like he has some leverage over Negan because of the weakness Negan confessed to him about his wife but hell if I know how that plays into Gabe's plans.
Gabe's been a few cards short of a full deck ever since Rick found him.
