Unpopular opinion: None of the streaming services are worth constantly paying for

The better option is to put your memberships on a monthly rotation. This allows a fresh set of options each month to choose from, while avoiding unnecessarily paying for multiple services at the same time.
For instance, pay for Netflix one month, then cancel. Start up your Hulu account for the next month, then cancel. Rinse and repeat through all the available options.
You can time your subscriptions around series releases too. We all are able to see when Game of Thrones comes out. So just wait till the season run is complete, start up your HBO account, and binge the entire season during that month.
You can easily avoid spoilers (I've done it for years with no big reveals) and you'll save money by only paying for one service at a time.
Another option is to keep one as a base (say Netflix for instance) and just rotate through all of the others on a month basis. But I personally don't think Netflix is worth constantly paying for anymore either.
Edit: I acknowledge that if you have young kids, then having one service as a base might be a "necessity"

I think Netflix has gotten stale, especially with movies. But If you only have one and are satisfied, then I can see how that works. But with all of the fragmented options (and more coming) then lots of people are paying for several services all at the same time. They end up paying more than before they cut cable. And that's what I don't think is worth it. If you're going to subscribe to more than one, then it should be one at a time in a staggard fashion.

I've suggested this but people are hesitant to go through the process of signing up and cancelling. It's pretty easy an all of the services.

I watch Netflix constantly. Hulu costs me like $3.99 a month. The only thing I rotate is HBO. I have it not for True Detective and will keep it through Game of Thrones. That will give me time to catch up on stuff like Barry, Crashing, Andre the Giant, and I can watch Deadwood again. After GoT is over. Ill cancel it until something else big comes.

Amazon Prime is 100% worth it

You can sample all all the extra channels for free for a month and if you do one channel at a time, you can pretty much watch everything on that channel and then cancel.

Completely agree.
The movies/tv/documentaries they have to stream is so deep. I'm always watching shite I would never normally watch.
last night I binged some alligator and nature documentaries, and they were fantastic.
The variety of amazon is key.
edit: not to mention all the music docs/concerts they have to stream from a wide range of genres/artists/bands

This is child's play.
The real option is to get a few of your friends together.
One pays for Netlfix, one Hulu, one Amazon Prime, one HBO Go, all shares logins.

Haha I'm with you.
I use it for their original content too, but I'd pay for it just for The Office. I think I watch at least 4-5 episodes a week.

Prime is great since it comes with the free two day shipping. Netflix is great for no commercial viewing, and they have stepped up their Originals game.

Yeah, just risk spoilers for the most popular show on TV and wait a month for a show I've been waiting two years to watch. Sure thing.

I’m way too lazy to do that just to save $10/month

I don't think this is all that unpopular, particularly with younger folks. I keep Amazon for separate benefits all the time. I probably will start cycling Netflix and HBO (or just drop HBO completely after GoT wraps).
Never going back to Hulu. They made an enemy.

Hulu notices when you log on from a different address and lets you know that if you watch from different locations they're going to eventually kill your membership.
