or they could have just followed the comic and had a very good show.

Nip/Tuck used to be really the only one for me.

I've never watched an episode, but when I was on deployment (back in 05',06'), the creepiest guys in my unit were like "Dude, this show is so good." Like, they're literally visually excited while watching the show, with their legs squirming in their seats. So, I never watched it.

I guess for me it would have to be the Office. I was such a loyal fan that I just couldn't stop watching. I hated a lot of episodes, but it was like family to me. I use to have a job where I was gone most of the time, and the only thing that made me feel like I was at home was my Office dvd's.

I dunno if ridiculous is the right word but i think HIMYM is in the same vein of this thread for me

Same here.

Although, I will say this last season has had two awesome moments. "The Robin" and the end of Barney's bachelor party with William Zabka. I rewatched the latter today on youtube. Pretty awesome!

HIMYM has become that. Thank God they're only doing one more season. Needs to end.

HIMYM

Good show from the beginning, but they have serious flaws

1) the main character is an absolute bitch

2) the secondary main character is a preachy, over emotional eco-manic

3) the best character on the show is a irl gay dude, which normally would be so bad if the other two weren't such bitches.

True Blood

Finally caved in and watched episode 1 of this season 2 days ago. Still need to watch episode 2. The acting/stories have gotten a lot worse on it, and it's really become glaringly obvious since Game of Thrones ends right when True Blood starts every year. To go from GoT to TB is a huge letdown every year .

I am crossing my fingers that next year, season 7, will be the last season of True Blood. The storyline has gotten to the point to where it just needs to be wrapped up.

Came here to post HIMYM. Can't stop watching it. It may have the best "hook" that I know of. All I know is, when they reveal the mother, it will not be legendary. However, Barney Stinson will be.

Weeds I hated it the whole time I think?

Neil Patrick Harris' homosexuality has absolutely no bearing on his awesomeness, though I've never watched an episode of HIMYM to judge his performance on that show by.

He was great in Harold and Kumar, but he'll always be Doogie Howser.

I will go with the following:

1. Heroes. This is bad because I actually still enjoyed the second season of Heroes and can't tell you how the show ended it was so bad.

2. Nip/Tuck go terrible the last few seasons. It essentially went away from everything that made it awesome the first couple seasons.

3. Smallville. I felt pot committed after about 4 years of the same exact shite over and over again and continued watching just to get it over with.4.

I never felt that Lost was bad until the very end and even that wasn't terrible to me.

Why does an actors sexual orientation matter?
