I dont think this is the direction BCS is going though, but is something that should be addressed in some type of way if he sheds the gene alias and becomes saul again bc of how much dirt skyler would have. maybe she would keep quiet if it meant charges for her, but IDK id assume she would get immunity with a recently KIA DEA brother.

Would still be a court of public opinion she would have to deal with. With her family receiving millions, probably wouldn't be a good look. Saul never took part in any murders and I'm not sure how much she can prove HE was involved.
Kuby and Huell would maybe need to corroborate, not sure if they would. Francesca was known to destroy evidence as seen in S4 of BB..idk would be cool to see Saul in action post BB lol
