I've seen that before. Talk about misdirection that is one of the corniest trailers I've ever seen

Why do I see people arguing that the trailer came out a decade before the movie?
Carrie Fisher was 21 when the movie came out. She would be 11 in 1967. Clearly the trailer is from the year before the movie came out. Not 1967.
It is interesting how badly dated that trailer is. Although I would almost like for us to go back to trailers that don't spoil the entire GD movie.

Obi-Wan's and Vader's lightsabers were white in that trailer. Like the effects hadn't been added yet.

Not only were the lightsabers white, but the sound effects were also incomplete. Pretty sure I heard the clack of colliding broomsticks. Seriously, that’s probably the worst trailer I’ve ever seen.
