Agree.
I think he was the best single episode character on the show. It’s close competition between him and Bookman. They’re both very underrated. Soup Nazi was great but almost to the point of overrated by comparison.

"Deep, DEEP into the shag...!"
Jerry was so uptight about people breaking it's awesome watching him trying to keep it together because he had no idea how Phillip Baker Hall was going to play the character other than the lines in the script

A baby died of this as recently as 2004 in Brooklyn.
So that the show would promote or even discuss the Orthodoxy practice of a Bris to mainstream America as something to be accepted is one of the lowlights. This is not a medical nor sterile circumcision that you get in a hospital. It's a cringeworthy episode that overstepped.

In the 2004 death and the more recent one, a mohel infected the penile wounds with Type 1 herpes I (HSV-1), which affects the mouth and throat.
In a practice that takes place during a ceremony known as the bris, a circumcision practitioner, or mohel, removes the foreskin from the baby's penis, and with his mouth sucks the blood from the incision to cleanse the wound.

What the absolute hell?!? I never knew this was part of the ceremony. That's disgusting on multiple levels.
