3I’d forgotten how much I like this movie until a recent rewatch. Hans Zimmer score is top notch, the cinematography is gorgeous and I think Cruise does a great job. It was also Ken Watanabe’s coming out party being nommed for Supporting Actor. It’s got some badass scenes too.
Tony Goldwyn is great at playing a twat. Historical accuracy and it being similar to Dances With Wolves be damned it’s a good movie
