Synopsis: The House with a Clock in Its Walls is an upcoming 2018 American gothic fantasy horror film directed by Eli Roth and written by Eric Kripke. It is based on the novel of the same name written by John Bellairs and illustrated by Edward Gorey. The film stars Jack Black, Cate Blanchett, Owen Vaccaro, and Kyle MacLachlan. It will be released by Universal Pictures on September 21, 2018.

I saw that yesterday, look pretty cool. Is it based on a book series? I like Jack Black in these roles.
