Nah, lets question them politely first because chances are they just wandered into this heavily secured area where nobody's supposed to be on accident.

Also, it may have been wise to have someone posted on the other side of the door to scrutinize potential entrants to the ward before they actually appeared on the ward.

If you're guarding a secure ward with limited accessibility, and unknown individuals just show up, then guns should be drawn immediately as a matter of protocol.

Sense, stop making it.

And from Amos:

What's the deal with the escape hatch to a farmer's market? This hospital must've been built on top of Alcatraz.

Just when this show seemed to actually be trying, they revert back to their old intelligence defying comfortable ways.
Like an old shoe.

I have been out of town a lot recently, so I was behind a few episodes. There has been some gold the last 3 weeeks.

1. What the frick kind of name is Corbin for a religion/cult? Do they really like Roger Dorn? Seriously, did the writers think this sounded like a good name?

2. The most outrageous thing in the whole series is the premise that Emma is somehow a hot seductress.

3. The WITSEC program is top notch. Joe's ex-wife requests to leave the program and assist with catching the killer that she is hiding from. Sure, we will give you a ride.

4. Law enforcement still hasn't figured out how to surround a building.

5. Ryan Hardy is actually the Terminator. He cannot be killed.

6. Mike is a pussy. He needs to close the deal on Ryan's neice.

I gagged during that scene last night too. WTF? She has 0 hotness about her. But she sure thinks she is hot.

Oh yeah, forgot about that gem. She has info/an idea or some way to help Ryan catch Joe. Ok. Write it down. Tell your handler, and he'll relay the info. Thank you, now sit down.

HE'S the terminator? fricking Luke got shot twice at point blank range in the chest by a trained FBI agent out in the middle of the woods with no medical attention anywhere for miles around, then got his face caved in by the same FBI agent, and less then a week later he's sprinting out of a hospital with just a slight limp. Not sure exactly why the gunshots to the chest or the face caving in is causing a limp.

so from the limited reading on this thread, I assume they are up to their old tricks of improbability?

That's a TV/Movie rule of injury. Either the limp, or the good ol' arm in a sling because of a gunshot wound.

You have to account for at least half of the law enforcement personnel being part of the cult.

Just got around the watching last week's on Fox.com which had to be one of the worst online show watching experiences. Commercial breaks whenever the show takes them and it's the same 4 commercials every single time. Thanks.

Yall pretty much covered all the gold from last week. The hospital that emptied into the market is just top notch A+ type shite. If you and your fellow bad guys find yourself in a dark basement with Ryan Hardy, prepare to die.

And that gas they released in the hospital must have been water vapor. They released it, then put on their masks, then ran Luke through it with a towel over his mouth and his eyes wide open. Oh and the nurse that was hiding pops up from behind her desk showing no ill effects at all.

WITSEC Enough said

ETA: Actually my favorite thing with Claire is not that she is calling the shots and apparently compromising an FBI investigation can be overruled with a simple "I need to see Ryan", it's that when they cave and let her meet Hardy, they bring her to his apartment. You know, the place where she was attacked. And that the main target of Joe's cult lives. Brilliant.

Man where is everyone. I am admittedly behind as well. Just watched last week's "Betrayal" where Mandy flees from one serial killer to another.

More brilliant police work in this one:
- the preacher's son is in danger so let's take a slow drive to his college and not notify anyone else
- Claire is apparently going to be the next person to have an exclusive interview with the reporter chick
- and this week's highlight: the cult flees the scene of the college. Hardy in hot pursuit. He ditches his cellphone because frick rational thought and keeps on their trail. The cult, having just fled the scene having seen Hardy, doesn't notice the same car has been following them the entire time into BFE and their hideout in the middle of the woods. Then the final shot of the show, they get out of the van having just pulled into the compound, and Hardy is there on foot? Usain Bolt type foot speed to accompany his ninja abilities to avoid all of those guards along the perimeter

Great stuff. I am still having a hard time getting over Claire and her insistence that she knows how to find Joe, or flush him out.
He's got all kinds of cult people trying kill her, and she'll come out of hiding and that will get to Joe. That's her brilliant plan.
Only she can get inside Joe's head.

Oh and all cult members shoot like Stormtroopers and can't hit the broadside of a barn. Hardy take out dozens without getting hit.

And, I loved Mike killing that bitch. Kudos Mike. Kudos. About time.

Exactly what was Ryan hoping to accomplish by allowing himself to be captured? I've thought about this and there was nothing of benefit that could have been derived from that foolish action.

Of course it did allow Joe and Ryan to have a completely pointless conversation.

Of course. In real life you give yourself up on purpose to a serial killer and his cult that showed a want to kill you. Because you just know you'll get out of it.
If you're Kevin Bacon.

Of course this is the dip shite that goes alone into the serial killer-full compound in the first place.

How have none of you figured out that the real cult in the show has two members, Joe and Ryan. Everything they do is just a game between to two of them. That's why they won't kill each other. They have both Joe's followers and Ryan's followers (the FBI) completely fooled.
