Wow, so many rookies.
Only real vets are Brad, Cory, Cara Maria, Jemmye, Leroy, Bananas, Leroy, Shane, Veronica, and Zach.
Kailah and Nicole on the women's side are good, too. Nelson may be competitive among the guys, but otherwise the Men's side looks abysmal unless there is a really athletic rookie. Otherwise I can see Brad, Zach, and Bananas making it an easy road to the finals.
It's funny how some of the vets are coming back from their divorces and competing like Derrick and now Brad.
Btw, was it just me or did it appear that Derrick was on the trailer? I guess he comes on as an alternate.

If they are going to start cranking these out back to back to back its inevitable that we will see more rookies every time as people can't keep up with the pace.

Just watched it on Youtube, they did show him in the beginning but it was in clips from last season setting up the vendettas.

Haha, we are probably similar ages. I remember in high school I saw the Playboy Girls of Reality TV shoot where Veronica was in the shower with Jisela from a different Road Rules season
I think Arissa and Trishelle from Vegas and Katie Doyle also did that cover. Veronica must be 40+ now. And yeah, I think Jenna just got out of her cast recently. Hunter also had a really nasty scar on the reunion show. Don't know if he got surgery or not, but I'm impressed he was able to complete the final couple challenges. Definitely a guy to look for down the road.

Everyone is an individual competitor and only one person will win. Sounds like we'll be getting a watered down final to make it fair for the women.

I hate that. It will either be too easy for the women or not watered down enough, and the men will easily win. They can never really balance it out fairly.

From what I understood each person banks money and once someone is eliminated their money goes into the final pot. So the winner would get their bank and the largest share of the final pot.
I guess technically you could win more money than someone who finished ahead of you.
Also, the Vendetta angle is that whoever wins certain eliminations get a "grenade" that they can use on anyone and a grenade could be taking someones bank or making them stay up all night before a challenge or elimination.

For some reason they clearly don't want individually based seasons anymore like the duel, honestly because I think only 1 or 2 people would win all the challenges.
Remember Landon and Rachel wrecking shop in Duel 2? They probably won half of the individual challenges alone. It would be awesome though because it totally weeds out the weakling early and I think MTV is trying to keep some drama on the shows and the weak ones usually provide that.
Once they took the roids out of the game, the dudes kind of stopped fighting and now it's all chicks (except for idiots like Nelson)
Speaking of Duel 2, if CT had not gotten kicked off in ep 1, I think that's the best cast ever for the show.

I had to start watching Are you the one this season just so I might recognize them on the challenges. I hate the merge of it.
