My point that is not obviously being understood by y'all readers is that Stormfront is not a common term heard by average people about a nazi group, the show already showed heroes killing innocents and are psychos, the term yellow means coward (also a racist slur) and the guy was on the ground after being defeated....
Only if you are looking for a racist do you put all those together and call the character a racist. I'm not arguing that she isn't racist or written as one.

I just binged Season 1 and the three eps of S2 over the weekend.
I love this damn show, although Hughie is annoying from time to time.
I, too, did not pick up on the Stormfront being a racist thing.

I'm absolutely not looking for a rant and how the character is portrayed. I only said it wasn't obvious that she was racist given the history of the show and how these heroes are named and portrayed. Let's say there was an indian "terrorist" instead of an asian terrorist, if she said "you red bastard" that is way more obvious than "yellow" as many defeated characters in shows are called "yellow."

Which is perfectly fine. It really didn't for me, until the end of the last episode where she goes balls out and I just kind of put two and two together. The name combined with her actions in her spree just "clicked", I guess. I also saw where she confirmed it in an EW interview after the first three episodes dropped (and I watched them) but I didn't want to read the full article as they tend to have an issue with dropping major spoilers for episodes that haven't aired yet so I don't know how much detail she gets into with it.
Kind of like assuming the Church of the Collective is probably going to be their version of Scientology.

I don’t think Homelander is going to legit try to kill Stormfront, at least not at first. We saw him laser her tits per her request in the trailer so there’s that. She won’t make it through the season though.
