Color me shocked that The Boyfriends excelled at the high heel shoe run.

He had a legitimate point. It isn't really fun when the other teams just tell each other the answers and there is no competition. This show has really gone downhill and is broken.

Finale next week. I think the alliance ruined the season for us. We were hoping the football players would win but they didn't have a chance against the 3 teams that helped each other get to the finale.
We thought the blondes did a great job against all the obstacles they faced with the alliance. They played with a good attitude and were fun to watch. Can't stand the boyfriends as they are so snarky I want to throw my remote at my TV.

They were a little too good at that “obstacle” like the crackhead guy on fear factor from Chapelle show

I'll give him a pass, I would have been frustrated and pissed and in a generally shitty mood had I just been eliminated by teams telling each other the answer.

Which really sucks because I thought this season had a pretty good cast. I wasn't a fan the first couple of episodes, but all of them grew on me except the gay couple. And there's nothing against them forming an alliance, but it made the latter episodes pretty boring and frustrating to watch. Hopefully future seasons will address teams helping each other during challenges.

You could've solved it easily in the most recent one. Hide all the teams behind their own cubicle. Have the judge come to them when they're finished. Give a time penalty if they speak to another team.
Solved.
The producers booking the teams' flights now doesn't bother me as much because in the old seasons, teams would be spread out over several hours or even days. However, there are too many "equalizers" and the challenges have gotten really easy overall.

Suaerkraut. The football players benefited plenty from the alliance in earlier legs. I doubt they would have made the final four or five without help. Karma. Glad they're gone.

Undoubtedly true, but I still understand his mindset at that point in time.

All 5 of those teams needed some type of help from another team along the way, so it's not entirely fair to single out the football players. I do think 4 of the 5 were the strongest teams this season, with the brother and sister just being an okay team that got carried along.
That said, DeAngelo being upset the last episode was kinda hypocritical when he kept telling the brother and sister his U-Turning them was just part of the game. I get his frustration and I would have been frustrated in that situation as well, but he didn't have a problem with his game move the prior episode. Though the sister was 100% correct for telling him he U-Turned the wrong team. I wonder if the beards hadn't been there with them if they would have U-Turned someone else.

With the beards right there, the only team they knew 100% was behind them were the brother/sister team. They didn't know that the other detour was taking longer or they would have been better off u-turning the gays or HungChee.

True, but I think it would have been a very safe assumption that whoever got there first was going to use it, so it may have been worth the risk to U-Turn the gay couple or HungChee, since nobody had yet been U-Turned.
I also say that as someone that does not like the gay couple and was hopeful they'd be U-Turned.

You're right, but Gary and DeAngelo aren't all that bright, and they knew that the siblings were behind them.

DeAngelo was salty AF at the end.
but damn I do think it was pretty anti-climactic seeing 3 teams give each other the answers on the last challenge before the final.

Congrats to the boyfriends .
And glad nobody was murdered or mugged during the NOLA part of the finale .
Was hoping a homeless man would’ve asked Will where he got his shoes

It just bums me out that it wasn’t very competitive.
I’m still speechless at 6 beignets being a challenge

Yeah I agree.. and at first I thought well
Maybe they couldn’t have water and had to choke it down, that was the difficult part. Nope.
That was too easy.

If they truly won then great for them, the CBS agenda raises questions and that hurts more than it helps
