ETA: unrelated random thought but the last 3 new movies I watched at the house were the new Scream, Halloween, House of Gucci…and started watching Super Pumped showtime series about Uber

I’m about an hour and five minutes into it right now. It’s at the point of the movie where it’s starting to drag a little bit. It’s not great, but the banter between Reynolds and the kid is probably the best part of the movie.

Yeah from the trailer certainly didn’t appear to be an Oscar or epic movie or anything, but looks entertaining…and I’m a sucker for time travel

Plan on watching with my son and daughter in law tonight. I always love Ryan Reynolds. The dynamic between the 2 looks cute.

It's an enjoyable movie. Not winning any academy awards but a good charming flick. I like that the time travel wasn't overcomplicated for this kind of movie and the 100ish minute runtime was perfect.

We all enjoyed it. A more action packed 8 bit Christmas on the feels side.
Obviously the kid was written that way but his quip for quip with RR was pretty money. Good job all around.
