The first few years were pretty good. The last few, especially 5 and 6, has gotten wacky. Still watching though.

Had a hard time in the beginning but was told to stick with and glad I did.

It has better writers than D&D FWIW.

I loved the first season. Had a good idea and just enough of the CW cheesy. After that it started going downhill in my opinion. I stopped somewhere in the 3rd season I believe

I watched it all on Netflix, and now I'm watching the current season on The CW. It gets crazier and crazier. It's a teen-oriented show, but it's like Lord of the Flies on steroids, with one crazy life-and-death scenario after another, with young adults making all the decisions.

ETA: There are some fine young ladies on this show, and some lesbian action between some of them, so there's that.

If you read the story board of the highlights of the series you’d think it was a pretty solid sci-fi show. If you watch it you will run into poor writing where plot advancement and conflict creation come about in the most frustratingly stupid ways imaginable.

They must have passed GRRM on the books.

They're doing something new now, which might be interesting, though it's only 2 episodes into the new season.

Its a solid show. It can get pretty dark

Desmond from LOST is on it, and the core teen cast is pretty solid.

The newest season that just started is a hard left turn and it's pretty interesting so far.

It was all the rage with teenyboppers four or five years ago when my Son was in high school so I watched it with him. Then he went off to college and I quit watching immediately since it was no longer a requirement in order to find common conversational topics.

I only watched the first two seasons but I enjoyed those. It's a CW show so it's got some dumb teen drama stuff, but it's a pretty entertaining show.

Watched the first two seasons, tried the third but couldn’t get past the first few episodes - especially when the lead got the ghey all of a sudden. Weird.

If you didn’t like that part, maybe you’re the ghey.

I thought the plot might have potential, but I was disappointed. It turned out to be power struggles and warring with another group of humans. Where’s some exploring and good science fiction?

The first three seasons were pretty good and entertaining. Hats off to the writers who have used some inventive ways to keep the show going. The first couple of seasons had some legitimately dark moments.

Good for you. Now don’t let any of those deviant kids on your lawn.

The positions they always managed to put Clarke in were she was damned if she does and damned if she doesn’t were excruciatingly good.
