Thanos needs his own prequel, or series.

The problem is the characters are irredeemable and fanatical. It’s hard to sympathize with characters like that. Their arc apex is always that they decide to kill but the interesting part of their story is mostly after that decision so it’s hard for their previous story to hold up a series or movie which Joker proved.

I’d watch a Victor Freeze origin story.

The Joker was good because it wasn't made to be a proto-Marvel/DC movie, not just because of its anti-hero. Same for Nolan's Batman trilogy.

Mr Freeze - could focus on the trauma he went through with his wife and add depth to his character on film or,

I’d like to see Ra’s Al Ghul played by Neeson in a prequel to Batman Begins. It would be cool if it showed the LoS “cleansing” a different city in a different time period but it’d alter Nolan’s trilogy too much.

In today’s nihilistic world, it would sell extremely well.

A dear Lord no. The last thing we need is a bunch of peckerwoods posting all over social media how they never realized how much they really identify with Victor Von Doom followed by meme with a picture of fictional tough guy, captioned with a quote they never said, that they somehow think applies to them.

That being said a movie about Shredder would be pretty sweet.
